How to get the perfect metallic on trend eyes this Summer on a budget with my step-by-step guide…
This spring/summer will be all about metallic on eyes and nudes on lips. Metallic eyes were one of the biggest trends on the catwalks, and this makeup tendency continues to live both on catwalks and streets. Be it simple or smoky; gold, silver, bronze or even blue, metallic eyes is the best makeup for celebrating festive nights or for day looks, but in a simpler, calmer version. I have created gold smoky eyes which can be toned down for the day or worn on Saturday night. This look was inspired by Katy Perry and the Echo Awards 2012. All products used to create this look were MUA Cosmetics.
Step 1: Apply MUA Intense eyeliner in ‘Rich Brown’-£1 to the bottom water line. Then apply the same ‘Rich Brown’ eyeliner on the top lash line

Take the 3 in 1 extreme MUA contour pen in ‘Auburn’ -£1.50 and apply the nib to your crease to add definition
Load a flat angled brush with Shade 2 from MUA Heaven & Earth palette and press and set ‘Auburn’ eyeliner into the crease. Now take a fluffy brush and blend, blend into the crease.
Apply Shade 3 from MUA Heaven & Earth into your water line to brighten your eyes with a flat oval brush apply Shade 4 from the same palette onto the centre of the eye lid for gold beautiful eye
With a fluffy brush load it with Shade 5 from MUA Heaven & Earth palette and apply this shade to your brow bone to make your eyes pop!
Cut,flex and apply your glue to MUA ‘Vixen’ false eyelashes-£2 (make sure the glue is tacky before applying) Now apply this to the root of your natural lashes.
Finally apply MUA Black Liquid Eyeliner in Shade 5-£1 to your top lash line. Apply two coats of your favourite Mascara in order to blend your lashes into the false eyelashes.
